DOMESTIC SHIPPING VIA UPS: 

READY TO SHIP: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. If you need your order expedited, please contact us directly so that arrangements can be made. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please contact us at info@juniperandbros.com if you have any questions.

MADE-TO-ORDER: Please refer to the estimated lead times upon check-out for these items. These are only estimates, and we will not be held responsible if we do not hit listed timelines. Each piece is custom and made to order, and delays can happen. We try to be transparent on when your order will be finished – if it will exceed the advertised time, we will contact you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING VIA PRIVATE COURIER [LARGE ITEMS]: 

For oversized items we will need hire to a shipper that is independent of and unaffiliated with Juniper & Bros Furniture. We do not use LTL or palletized carriers due to messy past experiences. As such, we do our best to book with shippers who have the best ratings for professionalism, punctuality, and communication. However, this can be unpredictable and inconvenient in some cases. In the unlikely event of a less than pleasant experience with your item(s)’ shipping, we ask you to please bring it to our attention so that we may address it with the company through which we book. As a small business, we sincerely appreciate your understanding on this.

Shipping for these items will be arranged after purchase (Or near completion for Made to order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for pickup of item and 1-2 weeks for delivery of item after pickup. This is tentative and usually MUCH quicker, as we do our best to book with a shipping company that will get it to you as soon as possible. This timeframe will mainly depend on your location, i.e. rural vs urban areas.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
