Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

No. Because we use real wood and hand-finishing techniques, each piece will have its own unique grain pattern, texture, knots, and tonal variation. These natural differences are part of what make each piece one of a kind.


Is your furniture made from solid wood?

Yes. We build our furniture from solid wood and intentionally embrace the natural character and variation that comes with it.


How long will my order take?

Most pieces are built to order and typically ship within 4–6 weeks.

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on production volume, material availability, custom requests, and shipping schedules.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Do you offer rush orders?

In some cases, yes.

If you need your furniture by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Expedited production may be available depending on our schedule and may require an additional rush fee.


Does my furniture arrive assembled?

Yes. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all furniture arrives fully assembled and ready to use.


How does shipping work?

Smaller items ship via UPS or similar parcel carriers.

Larger furniture pieces are delivered through carefully selected independent furniture delivery partners. Delivery timelines vary based on location and route availability.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

If you are interested in a piece, please contact us prior to purchase and we will discuss available shipping options.


Can I customize a piece?

In many cases, yes.

Please contact us if you are interested in custom dimensions, finish options, or other modifications. Custom work is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Are custom orders returnable?

No.

Custom sizes, custom finishes, modified dimensions, and personalized pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned once production has begun.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 48 hours, but before production begins, orders may be canceled subject to a 10% processing and administrative fee.

Once production has begun, orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Custom orders, modified dimensions, and personalized pieces cannot be canceled once materials have been purchased or production has started.


What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If damage is discovered, contact us within 72 hours and provide:

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the damage

• A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to determine the best solution.


How do I care for my furniture?

Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water, excessive moisture, direct heat sources, and harsh cleaning chemicals.

Wipe spills promptly and use coasters or protective pads as needed.
