SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Juniper & Bros., every piece is handcrafted and built with care. Because our furniture is made to order and often customized, we encourage customers to review the information below before placing an order.
Production Lead Times
Most pieces are built to order and typically ship within 4–6 weeks.
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on production volume, material availability, custom requests, and shipping schedules. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Expedited production may be available depending on our schedule and may require an additional rush fee.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary. Order delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping throughout the contiguous United States.
Shipping costs have been incorporated into our pricing so that customers can shop with confidence and without unexpected delivery charges.
At this time, free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Customers in those locations should contact us prior to purchase to discuss available shipping options and associated costs.
Standard Parcel Deliveries
Smaller items that meet carrier size requirements are shipped via UPS or similar parcel carriers.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been packaged and shipped.
Oversized Furniture Deliveries
Large furniture pieces that exceed standard parcel shipping limits are delivered using carefully selected independent furniture delivery partners.
Because these deliveries are coordinated based on route availability and destination, delivery timelines may vary.
In most cases:
• Pickup occurs within 1–2 weeks of completion.
• Delivery occurs within 1–2 weeks after pickup.
Many deliveries occur faster than these estimates; however, exact transit times cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping arrangements for oversized items are typically scheduled after purchase and as completion of the piece approaches.
Alaska & Hawaii
Due to shipping restrictions and increased freight costs, we do not currently offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
If an order is placed from Alaska or Hawaii, we will contact the customer to discuss available shipping options and associated costs. If shipping is not available for the item purchased, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Fully Assembled Delivery
All furniture is delivered fully assembled unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@juniperandbros.com.
Please include:
• Photos of the exterior packaging
• Photos of the damaged area
• A brief description of the issue
Providing this information promptly allows us to work with the shipping provider and determine the best solution.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Standard catalog items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original Packaging
Because our packaging is custom-built for each piece, we strongly recommend retaining all original packaging materials until you have inspected and accepted your order.
Original packaging may be required for approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom sizes
• Custom finishes
• Modified dimensions
• Personalized pieces
• Any item built specifically to customer specifications
Because these items are created exclusively for the purchaser, they cannot be returned once production has begun.
Natural Variation
Each piece is handcrafted from solid wood.
Variations in grain, knots, texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
These variations contribute to the individuality and character of each piece.
