Terms & Conditions

Our highest priority is your satisfaction. We are so grateful to create beautiful furniture for so many great people. We want to be as transparent as possible so everyone has proper expectations after purchasing.

Lead Times:

We try establish current build times and list them on the website. But these are only estimates, and we will not be held responsible if we do not hit listed timelines. Besides “Ready to ship” items, Each piece is custom and made to order, and delays can happen. We try to be transparent on when your order will be finished – if it will exceed the advertised time, we will contact you.

We do not offer refunds due to a product being delayed, as we will not rush a product and risk the integrity of the build due to a timeline you must hit.

IF you DO have an exact date a product is needed to be delivered by, that must be communicated prior to purchase – agreed upon on both parties – and a rush fee will be assessed based on timeline established.

Product:

We use natural solid wood; because of this, organic expansion and contraction or effects of extreme and high/low humidity is beyond our control. The wood we use to create your products is as unique as the products themselves- some may have knots, small splits, and other organic features-all in which add to the character of our items.

Due to a variety of factors such as natural wood variations, climate changes, shipping, and the final floor of the items’ resting place, furniture pads may help should the legs need minor alterations in leveling.

Cracking or checking may occur when the grain of timber reacts to the moisture level in the air. Wood adapts itself to the environment's moisture, temperature, and exposure to sunlight. This is known as equilibrium, where natural wood will shift with the climate around it. This is normal and unfortunately, one cannot predict how wood will behave over time. Our furniture is solid, and this should not affect the integrity or stability of our items.

Despite using our own stain recipes and standard finishing practices, all wood -even of the same species- accepts stain differently. Inherent differences in the wood may result in the applied stain pulling different tones. Our items are finished with a furniture wax. Heavily used items may benefit from additional applications as needed. We use the brand Minwax in the color natural
