Returns & Exchanges:
Again, our highest priority is your satisfaction. We are so grateful to create beautiful furniture for so many great people. If an item arrives damaged, we require photograph evidence of the outside of the box, along with detailed photos of the damage. Please email us at info@juniperandbros.com so we can help find a solution for you in the quickest way possible.
All items ship fully assembled. With the exception of custom items, all pieces can be returned or exchanged in new and unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Boxes are custom-made specifically for each item, therefore, we recommend the buyer keep the box in the unlikely event an item needs to be returned. Please include tracking information as soon as an item has been shipped back to us. Refunds will be given upon items arrival/inspection.
SHIPPING:
WE NO NOT CHARGE SHIPPING. Why? Because we want to make the process easier on you. It’s no fun to find a lovely piece of furniture only to find out the cost to have it shipped is going to blow your budget. As such, we have to do a few things our way in order to make sure it makes sense for both of us.
Alaska & Hawaii:
We are sorry but we are just too small for this right now. Due to size restrictions and increased shipping costs, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are interested in one of our items, we encourage you to reach out prior to purchase so that we can discuss shipping options and associated cost to buyer, if available.
Should a purchase be made prior to a discussion, we will reach out with an estimated cost of shipping to be paid by the buyer to see if you would like to move forward. Due to size restrictions on behalf of our shipping partners, some items may be disqualified from shipping to Alaska and/or Hawaii altogether. Should this be the case, we will communicate such through Etsy and regretfully cancel the order, subsequently issuing a full refund. We sincerely apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience as we cannot choose what is able to be shipped/not shipped to aforementioned states.
Contiguous USA:
Boxable items: We custom cut our boxes to fit and ship via UPS. Tracking numbers will be sent to you once the item has been boxed.
Oversized items: (Exceeding UPS standard shipping capability)
For oversized items we will need hire to a shipper that is independent of and unaffiliated with Juniper & Bros Furniture. We do not use LTL or palletized carriers due to messy past experiences. As such, we do our best to book with shippers who have the best ratings for professionalism, punctuality, and communication. However, this can be unpredictable and inconvenient in some cases. In the unlikely event of a less than pleasant experience with your item(s)’ shipping, we ask you to please bring it to our attention so that we may address it with the company through which we book. As a small business, we sincerely appreciate your understanding on this.
Shipping for these items will be arranged after purchase or nearer completion (Made to order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for pickup of item and 1-2 weeks for delivery of item after pickup. This is tentative and usually MUCH quicker, as we do our best to book with a shipping company that will get it to you as soon as possible. This timeframe will mainly depend on your location, i.e. rural vs urban areas.
Note again: Unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii due to size restrictions
